What this is

A place to say the thing
you've been holding in.

Hey, Man is an anonymous forum for men to talk honestly — about the heavy stuff and the good stuff. No real names, no profiles, no performance. Just men being straight with each other.

Why it exists

Most of us were taught to carry it quietly. To be "fine." But holding it all in is lonely, it's heavy, and it doesn't work. So this is a space with the friction taken out: you're anonymous, nobody sees your real name or email, and no one here is going to judge you. The goal is simple — that no man has to sit with it alone.

Bring the hard stuff — and the wins

This isn't only a place to vent. It's a place to be a whole person. Two kinds of posts belong here, and we want both:

Set it down

Struggling with your relationship, your job, your head, your drinking, your grief? Post it. Someone here has been where you are, and a plain "me too" can mean everything.

Raise a flag

Six months sober. Asked for help. Made it through a brutal week. Got the job. The wins count just as much. Share them — let other men see that it gets better. Celebrate here; you earned it.

How it works

  • Anonymous by design. You get an auto-generated handle. Nobody sees your real name or email. Handles used to change every day; anything posted before 17 September 2026 still shows the daily name it was posted under, and isn't linked to anyone's current handle.
  • Judgment-free. Be decent or don't post. Hate speech and cruelty get you removed — no exceptions.
  • Peer support, not therapy. Real men, real talk. It's not a substitute for professional care — and if you're in crisis, call or text 988 (US) any time.

So — how are you really doing?
